Terms of Service

1. About VastuIQ and these terms

VastuIQ is run by Manoj Jangra from Zirakpur, Punjab, India ("VastuIQ", "we", "us"). These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Delivery Policy and WhatsApp Chat Policy, form the whole agreement between you and us.

You must be at least 18 years old to use VastuIQ or buy from us. If you use VastuIQ for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

2. Our services

VastuIQ offers free online tools that show a result on screen, with optional paid PDF reports. The tools currently live are:

• Vastu: Vastu Analyzer, AI Floor Plan Analyzer, DishaAI Chat Bot, Vastu on WhatsApp, Vastu by City, Vastu Assessment Certificate, Pada Calculator, Main Door Vastu Checker, Vastu Compass, Family Room Vastu Calculator, Vastu Home Colour Calculator, Compare Properties, Brahmasthan Calculator
• Overseas homes (VastuIQ Global): NRI Home Vastu Report, Home Buyer Compare
• Astrology: Manglik Calculator, Panchang Calculator, Shubh Muhurat Calculator, Nakshatra Calculator, Rashi Calculator, Kundli / Birth Chart, Lagna Calculator, Marriage Compatibility
• Numerology: Numerology Compatibility Checker, Life Path Number Calculator, Destiny Number Calculator, Name Numerology Calculator, Lo Shu Grid Calculator, Business Name Numerology Calculator

We also offer DishaAI (an AI Vastu assistant with free daily questions and optional question packs), Vastu checks on WhatsApp, and Vastu assessment certificates. We may add, change, limit or stop any tool or feature, including free daily limits, at any time.

3. Nature of our guidance: please read

• Not professional advice. Nothing from VastuIQ is architectural, structural, engineering, legal, financial, investment, real-estate, medical, psychological or marriage counselling advice.
• No guarantee of results. We do not promise that following any suggestion will bring wealth, health, success, a good marriage, children or any other outcome.
• Building work. Do not break walls, move doors, change plumbing, wiring or structure, or start construction based on our guidance alone. Always use a qualified architect or structural engineer and follow local building rules.
• Health. If a report mentions health, it is a traditional view, not a diagnosis. For any health concern, see a qualified doctor.
• Marriage and relationships. Matching and Manglik results are traditional calculations. Decisions about marriage are yours and your family's.
• Property decisions. Buying, selling or renting property should rest on legal title checks, approvals (such as RERA), inspections and professional advice. A Vastu score is at most one personal consideration.
• Your inputs. Results depend on what you enter. Wrong directions, sizes or birth details give wrong results.
• Different traditions. Vastu and astrology texts and practitioners differ. Another expert may reach a different view.

4. AI-generated content

The AI Floor Plan check, plan readings on WhatsApp, parts of some reports, and DishaAI answers use artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude model). DishaAI is an AI, not a human consultant. AI can misread a plan or give a wrong or incomplete answer. Please check the room positions it shows before relying on a result, and use your own judgement. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate or complete.

5. Prices, payment and delivery

• Prices are shown on each tool before you pay: in Indian rupees (₹) for India, and in US dollars (US$) for our overseas (VastuIQ Global) reports. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also accept Razorpay's terms. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Reports are digital. They are delivered by download on the page, by email, or into your WhatsApp chat, normally within minutes. If a paid report has not reached you within 24 hours, write to us and we will send it or refund you.
• Coupon codes are our offers: they can be changed or withdrawn, one code per order, and have no cash value.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund & Delivery Policy.

6. Vastu certificates

A VastuIQ Vastu certificate records the result of our assessment of the information you gave us, on the date shown. It is not a government, municipal, RERA or legal approval, not a structural or safety certificate, and not a guarantee of any outcome. It can be checked on our verification page. We may cancel a certificate if it was obtained with false information or altered.

7. Using VastuIQ fairly

You agree to use VastuIQ for your own or your family's property and lives, and not to:

• upload plans, photos or details you have no right to use, or anything unlawful, abusive or harmful;
• copy, scrape, resell or republish our tools, scores, reports, texts or AI answers, or present them as your own;
• use bots or other tricks to get around free limits or paid features, or try to break, overload or hack the site;
• make false payments, chargebacks in bad faith, or fake reviews;
• harass or threaten our team.

Professionals (architects, consultants, agents) who want to use VastuIQ reports for clients need our written permission. We may block access or cancel orders when these terms are broken.

8. Reviews you send us

When you send a review, you allow us to show it on our website and in our materials, with the name you gave. We read every review before it is shown and may decline or remove one that is abusive, off-topic, includes someone's personal details, or appears fake. A "Verified purchase" badge means we confirmed a payment for that review. We do not pay for reviews or write reviews ourselves. Ask us any time to remove your review.

9. Our content and your content

The VastuIQ name and logo, our software, scoring rules, report designs, texts and illustrations belong to us. A report you buy is licensed to you for personal use: you may keep, print and share it with family or your own advisers, but not sell or publish it.

Plans, photos and details you send remain yours. You give us permission to use them only to provide your result, report or certificate, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The classical texts behind our rules (such as Manasara, Mayamata and Brihat Samhita) are public heritage; our selection, interpretation and software are our own work.

10. Availability and outside services

We try to keep VastuIQ running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Tools may pause for maintenance or because a service we rely on (such as the AI, Razorpay, WhatsApp or our host) is down. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

11. Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows:

• VastuIQ is provided "as is", without promises beyond those written in these terms.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make, or losses you suffer, because of a score, report, certificate, AI answer or remedy, including decisions about buying, building, renovating, marriage, health, money or business.
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost opportunity or property value.
• Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the report, pack or certificate the claim is about.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded, including India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Your responsibility

If you break these terms or use material you had no right to use, and that causes a claim against VastuIQ, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.

13. Law, complaints and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first write to info@vastuiq.com: we reply within 48 hours and aim to resolve complaints within 30 days. If we cannot agree, the courts of Chandigarh, India have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission or the National Consumer Helpline (1915, consumerhelpline.gov.in).

If you live outside India, mandatory consumer rights of your country still apply to you.

14. General

• We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.
• If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (such as internet, power, service-provider outages or natural events).
• If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
