VastuIQ is the intelligence score of your property. The name joins two ideas: Vastu, the ancient Indian science of space, direction and energy, and IQ, the most widely understood way to express capability as a number. A property's VastuIQ measures how well its rooms, entrances and spaces follow the classical directional principles of Vastu Shastra, on a scale of 0 to 100. A higher score means stronger alignment; a lower score means Vastu defects that need correcting. VastuIQ is a geo-adaptive AI Vastu platform, not a human Vastu consultant and not a generic calculator. The term was coined by VastuIQ.com, built by Manoj Jangra in Zirakpur, Punjab, India.

My work is in real estate. I wanted to make property decisions simpler and more trustworthy for families: one place, complete trust, real answers. But the more I worked in this field, the more I came face to face with something deeply troubling.

People were putting crores into a home: their life savings, sometimes borrowed money, years of sacrifice. And the Vastu advice they got was generic at best and made up at worst. Consultants who charged lakhs and gave vague directions. Online tools with no real basis. Nobody was being honest with the person making the biggest financial decision of their life.

That question built VastuIQ. I am not a traditional Vastu consultant and I don't claim to be. I am a technology builder who spent time deeply studying the classical texts, Manasara, Mayamata, Brihat Samhita and Vishwakarma Prakash, and built AI tools that apply their principles honestly, accurately and without exaggeration.
